I’m trying to return the bag for the past two weeks and the customer service is the literal worst they don’t respond I’ve sent emails and messages on whatsapp they respond after days, they told me on Monday that someone is going to come and take the bag, its Friday and no one came I went to the store a few days ago and he said he can’t do anything . I WANT TO RETURN THE BAG and get my money back PLEASE RESPOND.
