RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

 

Kindly, read the following return and exchange policy carefully:

 

JOY&ROY provide the variety ways to return bought orders

Please not the return and exchange policy is not available on beauty products (perfumes and body splash)

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect item received order:

1-please contact us/WhatsApp messages for support at online customer services – 01050695299-to initiate the return and we’ll walk you through the process

2-if the products is not included to an exception (perfumes and body splash). You may request your refund within 14 days of delivery of the order.

3-in certain cases, such as defective, damaged or incorrect products, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or a video of the product was received. In all cases you will be required to return the item to receive a refund or exchange product.

4-if you require to return an order, you’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping fees, unless the cause of refund or return is defective, damaged or in correct product from our side.

5-in refund cases, once the product has been returned to the applicable destination (e.g. merchant ir returns center) and is confirmed to be in good condition, we’ll transfer your refund via any available E-wallets[VF Cash – We Pay – Etisalat Wallet – Orange Wallet, etc.]. Depending on your financial institution, refund are processed within 48hours – 72 hours of process being confirmed from our side.

6-in exchange cases, once the product has been returned to the applicable destination (e.g. merchant ir returns center) and is confirmed to be in good condition, the exchange product will be shipped to your side within 5-7 work days of delivery date of returned product.

Cancellation:

1-orders are being processing shortly within 24-72hours after they’ve been placed. Our customer service will contact you via a phone call or WhatsApp conversation to confirm your order’s detail and edit the order upon your request during confirmation process.

2-if we didn’t get answer from your side during the confirmation period (24-72hours) we’ll have to cancel the order and you’ll get a notification with cancellation and the reason.
