The worst order i have ever done!
I received a defected item without fhe cristals on it and in a very bad condition and the customer support team refused to refund me with the amount + shipping fees , knowing that it's written on the refund policy that i dhould get the total amount if the item was defected, and i had to complain and reach out to CPA
